God I love Cllr Mullaney!

No he’s not a great looker but he’s my type of guy.

I heard him today on R4 – what that guy doesn’t know about the apostrophe doesn’t bear thinking about. He said it all with such a graceful lilting Brummie accent yet you could tell there was a lot of earnt fire in the belly.

He also talks a lot of Liberal sense here – I remember when I was a Cllr getting stuff done on this using the Birmingham example.
