First he says on RTE `We’ve had one `no` vote, one `yes` vote let’s make it best of three`! What utter hypocrisy – first you say there can’t be a second referendum accusing those that want it of trying to overturn an answer they didn’t like. Then when you disagree with a result you say you want a third referendum. Can anyone take him seriously anymore?
It’d be like a party who won 54% to 46% being told to have another election and saying `that’s undemocratic don’t let them get away with it` with the issues still the same losing with a higher turnout and on an old register by 67% to 33%.
I’ve been told by one of his adherents on OUTeverywhere (LGBT social networking site) that he can `see the logic in what he says`.
Although he didn’t see the logic in something else Nigel Farage said:
`UKIP leader Nigel Farage, who called for a No vote, compared the referendum to a corrupt election in Zimbabwe or Afghanistan.`
I wonder how the more moderate UKIP voters make of that statement?
